Strongman Saturdays.
Every Saturday the crew pushes sleds, throws sandbags, carries stones and runs events together. Every event scales, so first-timers train right next to competitors. The next Saturday's workout is posted on the Strongman Saturdays page with an RSVP.

Do I need strongman experience?
No. Coaches teach every implement, and every event on Saturday scales to where you are.
Is the strongman equipment included with membership?
Yes. Membership is $100 a month and includes 24/7 access to all specialty and strongman equipment, plus Strongman Saturdays.
Can I train for my first strongman competition here?
Yes. Coaching is built around your comp date, and the Training Portal counts down to it.
Can I try it before joining?
Yes. A guest pass is $20 for a drop-in, or schedule a visit to see the gym first.
